1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SiteFXR website (sitefxr.com) and all services offered by SiteFXR. By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

SiteFXR offers the following service tiers:

• Tier 1 — Full Audit Report ($297 USD): A comprehensive website audit including performance, SEO, and AI visibility analysis, delivered within 48 hours with a PDF report and a 30-minute consultation call.
• Tier 2 — Full Rebuild ($1,997 USD): A complete website rebuild addressing all identified issues, including 12 months of free hosting on our managed servers, SEO-optimised content structure, and a guaranteed performance score of 90+.
• Tier 3 — Rebuild + AI Visibility ($2,997 USD): Everything in Tier 2, plus full AI visibility optimisation including structured data, schema markup, ChatGPT and Perplexity readiness, and a 3-month AI monitoring dashboard.

3. Hosting and DNS Access (Tier 2 & Tier 3)

For Tier 2 and Tier 3 clients, successful delivery of our rebuild services requires temporary access to your existing hosting account and DNS management settings. By purchasing these services, you agree to:

• Provide us with the necessary credentials or access to your current hosting provider and domain registrar
• Grant us permission to make changes to DNS records as required for migration to our managed servers
• Acknowledge that migration may involve a brief period of downtime, which we will minimise and communicate in advance

We will handle all credentials with strict confidentiality. Access will be used solely for the purpose of completing your project and will be relinquished upon project completion. We strongly recommend changing passwords after migration is complete.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in USD. 50% of the Payment is due prior to commencement of work unless a written payment plan has been agreed. We accept payment via Stripe. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy below.

5. Refund Policy

Tier 1 (Audit Report): If your audit report has not yet been delivered, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Once the report has been delivered, no refunds are available.

Tier 2 & Tier 3 (Rebuild Services): Due to the bespoke nature of website rebuild projects, refunds are not available once work has commenced. If you cancel before work begins, a full refund will be issued. Partial refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all rights to the final website deliverables produced for your project. SiteFXR retains the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. All tools, methodologies, and systems used to produce the deliverables remain the intellectual property of SiteFXR.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information, content, and access credentials in a timely manner
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Ensure that any content you provide does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights
• Maintain the security of any credentials shared with you

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteFXR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or business outcomes as a result of our services. Results may vary depending on factors outside our control.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of our services. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation, followed by mediation if negotiation fails.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify clients of material changes by email or by updating the effective date on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
