2.3 Hosting and DNS Access (Tier 2 & Tier 3 Clients)

If you purchase our Full Rebuild (Tier 2) or Rebuild + AI Visibility (Tier 3) services, we will require temporary access to your current hosting account and DNS settings in order to facilitate a smooth migration to our managed servers. This access is used solely for the purpose of completing your website migration and will be revoked or returned to you upon project completion. We treat these credentials with the highest level of confidentiality and they are never shared with third parties.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Lead and contact data is retained for up to 24 months. Hosting and DNS credentials provided for migration purposes are deleted within 30 days of project completion.
